This calculator is based on the Israeli Ministry of Transportation guidelines (Chapter 4) and uses the official formulas for roundabout feasibility checks. The tool calculates capacity (Qe) as a function of diameter and circulating volume, and derives the level of service (LOS) based on average delay per vehicle.
